In this programme, artists are selected through an open call to encourage work by artists who already master and incorporate printmaking techniques into their practice. Above all, this project aims to provide artists with the opportunity to produce work in their area of expertise, with support and at no cost.
The selection of participating artists will be based on the candidates’ portfolios and the type of project they intend to carry out. When the open call opens, a set of application guidelines and all necessary information for participation will be provided.

TERMS
Residencies are organized in cycles featuring two artists, each lasting one month. Every cycle includes open studio days, public talks, the production and publication of a residency catalogue, and group exhibitions. Mescla offers production support, printmaking materials and consumables, full access to the workshop, technical guidance, logistical assistance, and use of machinery and tools.
